This enhanced system allows residents to report non-emergency incidents like property theft, vandalism, and fraud directly from their devices, improving accessibility and operational efficiency. By streamlining non-emergency reporting, the new tool enables officers to focus on urgent cases, strengthening community engagement and building trust.
